Here is a reminder regarding an email Terri sent back on February 22nd.
Her instructions said that it needs to be done prior to the end of May. We may want to double check with her at our Central Staff Mtg. on May 5th to see if it's still an expectation...
This is from the email:
Get me working on a project and my mind just kicks in. Anyway, since we have a review next year, I have an assignment for each of you. This just needs to be done prior to the end of May so there is plenty of time to look at it.
I would like each of you to carefully review your sections(s) of the OHS 2010 monitoring protocol and make me a list of what needs to be improved or fixed in your area prior to the review. Some of this may be caught during the self assessment but some may not. For example, when I was working on my materials for the self assessment and looked at what the Feds would be looking for, there were some things I need to fix.
Example: Code of Conduct. I need to make sure it relates to all of the indicated performance standards as per the manual and I noticed that ours does not address the consequences of violating the code so that is something that we will need to address. I know whis is being picky, but reviews are picky.
